2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

4 large lettuce leaves (Romaine or Butter lettuce recommended)

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, finely chopped cranberries, coarsely chopped walnuts, and diced celery. Gently toss the ingredients together to ensure an even distribution.

    In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired.
