1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (your choice for sweetness)

1 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned works best)

1/4 cup dried cranberries or cherries (for a touch of tartness)

1/4 cup almond butter (smooth or crunchy, depending on preference)

1 tsp vanilla extract (to enhance the flavor)

1/2 tsp sea salt (balances the sweetness)

1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional, for added sweetness)

Prepare the Base: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), almond butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Use a whisk or spoon to mix until everything is smooth and thoroughly blended together.

    Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate large mixing bowl, add the rolled oats, chopped pistachios, and dried cranberries (and shredded coconut if you choose to include it). Stir gently to evenly distribute the dry ingredients.

      Mix Wet and Dry: Pour the prepared yogurt mixture into the bowl containing the dry ingredients. Carefully stir everything together until all components are well coated. If you're adding chocolate chips, gently fold them in now for an extra touch of sweetness.

        Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring that the paper hangs over the edges for easy removal later. Lightly grease the parchment paper with a splash of olive oil or a coat of non-stick cooking spray.
