2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

1/2 cup red grapes, halved

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional, for crunch)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

4 whole-grain or spinach wraps

Fresh spinach or lettuce leaves for filling

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken breast, plain Greek yogurt, finely chopped celery, halved red grapes, and diced red onion. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

    In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Ensure the mixture is smooth and well-combined for an even flavor.

      Pour the mustard mixture over the chicken salad mix in the large bowl. Using a spatula or spoon, gently fold the dressing into the salad until everything is well coated and luscious.
