Mini Breakfast Biscuit Wraps

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough

6 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled (or diced vegetables for a vegetarian option)

1/4 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Fresh chives or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to preheat while you prepare the wraps.

    Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking or lightly coat it with cooking spray or butter.

      Mix the Egg Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until the mixture is well combined and frothy.

        Cook the Eggs: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set, about 3-4 minutes. Be careful not to overcook; they should remain slightly moist as they'll finish cooking in the oven. Remove from heat and fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled sausage (or your choice of vegetables).

          Prepare the Biscuit Wrappers: Open the can of biscuit dough and carefully separate it into individual biscuits. Using your fingers or a rolling pin, flatten each biscuit into a small circle, around 3 inches in diameter.
