1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup pitted dates, softened if necessary

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

A pinch of salt

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional for drizzling)

Prepare the Dates: If your dates are rather firm, place them in a bowl of warm water and let them soak for about 10 minutes to soften. After soaking, drain the water and set the dates aside.

    Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix together the unsweetened shredded coconut, almond flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Ensure all dry ingredients are well incorporated.
