2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

4 cups fresh spinach, tightly packed

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the bite-sized chicken pieces generously with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the hot skillet in a single layer, allowing it to sear without crowding. Cook for about 6-8 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
