Juice of 1 fresh lime

For the Avocado Cream:

1 ripe avocado

1/4 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter alternative)

Juice of 1 fresh lime

Salt to taste

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 cup shredded red cabbage

1/2 cup diced ripe tomatoes
