1 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons

1 bell pepper (your choice of color), sliced into strips

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning blend

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

4 sheets of aluminum foil (approximately 12x12 inches)

Preheat the Oven or Grill: If you are using an oven, set it to preheat at 400°F (200°C). For grilling, prepare your grill by setting it to medium heat.

    Prepare the Chicken: Using paper towels, pat the chicken breasts dry to remove moisture. Season each side generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, making sure to rub the spices in for better flavor.

      Prepare the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, add the broccoli florets, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced zucchini, and bell pepper strips. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss gently until all vegetables are well coated with the oil and seasonings.
