2 medium zucchinis (approximately 2 cups when grated)

6 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup milk (any variety of your choice)

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (or 1 tablespoon dried basil if fresh is unavailable)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional, for garnish)

Olive oil or cooking spray for greasing the baking dish

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking.

    Prepare the Zucchini: Rinse the zucchinis under cool water to clean them. Grate them using a box grater or food processor. If you notice that the grated zucchini has a lot of moisture, place it in a clean kitchen towel and wring out excess water. This will help ensure your egg bake is not too watery.

      Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, crack in the 6 large eggs. Add the milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl. Use a whisk to blend these ingredients thoroughly until they are well combined and frothy.
