6 slices cooked bacon, finely chopped

1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

12 small slider buns

1 cup baby spinach or fresh arugula

1/2 cup sliced tomatoes

Optional: slices of pepper jack cheese for extra flavor

Prepare Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken and mashed avocado until uniform. Add the chopped bacon, seasoned breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, and the beaten egg. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well blended.

    Form Slider Patties: Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions. With your hands, shape each portion into patties approximately 1-inch thick, making sure they’re evenly formed for consistent cooking.

      Cook the Patties: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If necessary, lightly grease the cooking surface. Carefully place the slider patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
