1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

12 slices of bacon, each cut in half

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.

    Prepare the Jalapeños: Carefully slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise. Using a small spoon or a paring knife, remove the seeds and membranes from each pepper. To protect your hands from the fiery oils, it's advised to wear kitchen gloves during this process.
