Ingredients

Pizza Dough:

1 lb of store-bought or homemade pizza dough

Sauce:

1 cup marinara sauce or pizza sauce

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (for drizzling)

Cheeses:

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Meats:

4 oz prosciutto, torn into bite-sized pieces

4 oz salami, thinly sliced

4 oz chorizo, sliced

Fruits and Extras:

1/2 cup assorted olives (both green and black varieties)

1/2 cup mixed nuts (such as walnuts and almonds)

1/2 cup arugula or fresh basil (for garnish)

Fresh figs or sliced pears (optional, for a hint of sweetness)

Extra virgin olive oil (for drizzling)

Crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you're using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to allow it to heat thoroughly.

Prepare Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness, whether you prefer a thin crust or a thicker base. Transfer the rolled dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet or a pizza peel if you intend to use a pizza stone.

Spread Sauce: Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, evenly spread the marinara sauce over the surface of the dough. Make sure to leave about an inch around the edges for a perfectly baked crust.

Add Cheese: Begin by sprinkling the shredded mozzarella evenly across the sauce. Follow with crumbled goat cheese and finish with a generous sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese for depth of flavor.

Layer Meats: Arrange the torn prosciutto, thinly sliced salami, and chorizo artfully over the cheesy base. Consider varying the placement to create a visually stunning presentation.

Add Extras: Disperse the olives and mixed nuts across the pizza. If using, add fresh figs or sliced pears in different areas to ensure a touch of sweetness with every bite.

Bake the Pizza: Carefully slide the pizza into the oven (or onto your pizza stone) and bake for 12–15 minutes. Watch for the cheese to bubble and the crust to achieve a lovely golden brown finish.

Garnish & Serve: Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven. Drizzle balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil over the top. Garnish with fresh arugula or basil leaves and add crushed red pepper flakes for an optional heat. Slice into wedges and serve hot for a delicious, shareable feast!
