Ingredients

8 oz. penne or rotini pasta

1 lb. ground turkey

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, finely diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup bell peppers, diced (choose any colors you like)

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (modify based on your spice preference)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a generously sized pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add the penne or rotini and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside, keeping it warm.

Sauté the Turkey: In a large skillet over medium heat, pour in the olive oil. Once the oil is hot and shimmering, add the ground turkey. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the turkey is browned and no longer pink. Use a spatula to break it up into smaller pieces as it cooks.

Add Aromatics: Into the skillet with the turkey, stir in the finely diced onion, minced garlic, and diced bell peppers. Sauté these ingredients for approximately 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables have softened and the onion has turned translucent.

Build the Sauce: Carefully pour in the chicken broth and buffalo wing sauce, mixing thoroughly to combine all the flavors. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, allowing it to bubble lightly.

Incorporate Creaminess: Lower the heat to medium-low, then add the softened cream cheese to the skillet. Stir continuously until the cream cheese fully melts and blends into the sauce, creating a rich, creamy texture.

Combine: Add the cooked pasta into the skillet, using tongs or a spoon to gently toss the pasta and ensure it's evenly coated with the creamy buffalo sauce.

Cheesy Finish: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta. Stir well until the cheeses melt into the dish, adding to the creamy consistency. Taste and season with salt and pepper according to your preference.

Serve: Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the pasta to serving plates. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and optional sliced green onions for an extra pop. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious creation!
