Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking spray or melted butter, for brushing

Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

In a large skillet set over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, chopped onions, and diced pickles until everything is well incorporated. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld, then remove from heat. Let the mixture cool slightly.

Open the can of biscuit dough, and carefully separate each biscuit. On a clean surface, flatten each biscuit into approximately 4-inch circles using your hands or a rolling pin.

In the center of each flattened biscuit, place a generous tablespoon of the cooled cheeseburger filling. Top each with a teaspoon of shredded cheddar cheese for extra flavor.

With care, fold the edges of each biscuit over the filling, pinching the seams tightly to seal each biscuit and form a ball shape. Ensure there are no gaps to prevent leakage while baking.

Arrange the biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter or spray lightly with cooking spray. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds over the top for an added crunch.

Bake the biscuit bombs in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed up.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the bombs to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy these cheesy, warm, bite-sized delights!

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8 biscuit bombs
