Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup barbecue sauce (use your favorite brand or a homemade version)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish, optional)

1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Filling:

    - In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, barbecue sauce, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture has a creamy consistency.

      Assemble the Rollups:

        - Lay one tortilla flat on a clean, dry surface. Spread a generous amount of the BBQ chicken mixture evenly across the tortilla, ensuring to leave approximately 1 inch of space at the edges for sealing the roll.

          - Evenly sprinkle a quarter cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the BBQ chicken mixture.

            Roll It Up:

              - Starting at one end of the tortilla, tightly roll it away from you, ensuring the filling stays intact. Be careful not to roll it too tightly, as this may cause the filling to spill out. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling until all are rolled.

                Prepare for Cooking:

                  - Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. If desired, lightly coat the surface with cooking oil spray or a brush to prevent sticking.

                    Cook the Rollups:
