Ingredients

For the crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

For the cheesecake layer:

16 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

2 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

For the marshmallow layer:

1 ½ cups marshmallow fluff

1 cup mini marshmallows (plus extra for topping)

For garnishing:

Chocolate ganache or melted chocolate (optional)

Crushed graham crackers

Mini chocolate bars

Instructions

Prepare the crust:

    - In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir the mixture until all ingredients are fully blended and crumbly.

      - Evenly distribute this mixture among 6-8 small jars, pressing it down firmly to create a compact crust at the bottom. Set the jars aside.

        Make the cheesecake filling:

          - In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese on medium speed until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency with no lumps.

            - Gradually sprinkle in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to mix until thoroughly combined and silky.

              - In a separate medium bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form—this will give the cheesecake a light texture.

                - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula, ensuring you maintain that airy consistency until just combined.

                  Layer the cheesecake:

                    - Spoon the cream cheese filling into each jar over the crust, filling them about halfway. Use the back of the spoon to smooth out the top.

                      Create the marshmallow layer:

                        - In a clean bowl, gently fold together the marshmallow fluff and mini marshmallows until well mixed and fluffy.

                          - Spoon this marshmallow mixture generously on top of the cheesecake layer in each jar.

                            Final assembly:

                              - Repeat the cheesecake layer by adding another spoonful of the filling on top of the marshmallow mixture until the jars are almost full—leave a little space at the top for garnishing.

                                - Finish each jar with a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers, a handful of mini marshmallows, and if desired, a drizzle of chocolate ganache or melted chocolate for that decadent touch.

                                  Chill and serve:

                                    - Cover the jars with lids or plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight for optimal setting.

                                      - Just before serving, if you like, use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the mini marshmallows on top for that authentic s’mores look and flavor.

                                        Prep Time, Total Time, Servings:

                                          20 minutes | 4 hours chill time | 6-8 servings

                                            - Presentation Tips: For an extra gourmet feel, consider placing a mini chocolate bar on top of each jar or serve them on a wooden board with additional graham crackers and chocolate pieces for a charming s’mores-themed dessert display.
