1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped into small pieces

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped

1/4 cup honey or fig jam (for drizzling)

Olive oil or butter (for cooking)

Prep the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses with the sliced pepperoni, salami, black olives, roasted red peppers, and chopped basil leaves. Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

    Assemble the Quesadillas: Place a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. On one half of the tortilla, spread a generous portion (about 1/4 of the mixture) of the cheese and charcuterie filling.
