Ingredients

For the Sliders:

12 slider buns (Hawaiian style recommended for a touch of sweetness)

1 pound assorted deli meats (a blend of salami, ham, and pepperoni)

1 cup provolone cheese, thinly sliced

1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

1 cup fresh arugula or baby spinach

½ cup pitted and sliced black olives

¼ cup banana peppers, sliced

½ cup Italian dressing

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Garlic Butter Topping:

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

2 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Prepare the Slider Buns: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Carefully slice each slider bun in half horizontally. Lay the bottom halves in a baking dish with the cut sides facing up.

Layer the Ingredients: Start with the deli meats. Evenly layer the salami on the bottom half of the buns, followed by the ham, and then finish with the pepperoni. Next, distribute the provolone cheese slices evenly over the meats.

Add Veggies: On top of the cheese, pile on the roasted red peppers, arugula, black olives, and banana peppers. Drizzle the Italian dressing over the veggies while ensuring even coverage. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the top for flavor enhancement.

Cover with Top Buns: Place the top halves of the slider buns over the stacked ingredients, gently pressing down to set.

Make the Garlic Butter: In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.

Brush the Buns: Use a brush or a spoon to pour the garlic butter mixture over the top of the slider buns, ensuring they are generously coated.

Bake the Sliders: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to lock in moisture and bake for 15 minutes. After this, carefully remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops of the buns are golden and crispy.

Serve: Once baked, take the sliders out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Slice them apart carefully and serve warm. For an extra kick, offer additional Italian dressing or marinara sauce on the side for dipping!
